Verified fix: Defender for Endpoint tamper protection conflict with legacy GPO

If MDE tamper protection flips back after Intune policy success, check for legacy Security Baseline GPO setting DisableAntiSpyware. Removing that stale policy and forcing gpupdate resolved the conflict across our fleet.
